The facility has both a ground floor and first floor room. Both hirable spaces have access to kitchen facilities. The centre also has access to a fenced courtyard.

It is a popular facility for play groups, children's birthdays and meetings. Current user groups include play groups, church groups, child health services and counselling sessions.
