Use: large functions, weddings, birthdays, plays, school presentations, dances and trivia nights
The Private/Commercial rate is used when it is for a private function or a group or organisation charges an entry fee or participation charge.
The Non-Profit/Charity rate is for non-commercial groups (groups that have no cover charge or just seek donations).
