The City of Rockingham's premier facility has been open since November 2008. The facility comprises of a main hall, serviced by a fully equipped commerical kitchen; multi-purpose room and two meeting rooms. The centre also has an exhibition space available for hire which has been used for community and commercial art shows.
The facility is popular for a wide array of community and commercial hirers, including corporate, private and not for profit organisations.
