The Exchange Hotel is the largest and most elegant hotel in Balmain. Built in 1885 this heritage listed, iconic establishment stands tall and proud amongst the streetscape of historic Balmain buildings and boasts a long history of being Balmain’s favourite meeting place.

Today, the Exchange offers a great mix of bars, sun-filled balconies, elegant event spaces and a smart new restaurant to ensure that the hotel continues the fine tradition of the place to relax, unwind and mix with friends.

Located on the ground and first floor of this historic establishment, the flexible event spaces can accommodate groups from 10 – 600 guests.
