The Everleigh is the sister bar of the acclaimed Milk & Honey in New York. We are an intimate, table service only, classic inspired cocktail bar that caters to parties of 6 or less.
 
We have just been awarded The Age's highest ranking of 3 glasses and awarded Best Bar for 2012.
 
We have also been awarded Australia's Best Bar by Gourmet Traveller magazine and ranked in the Top 50 Bars in the World by the UK Sunday Times as well as making the top 10 for World's Best New Bar at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans this year.
 
We are nominated for 5 awards in the upcoming Australian Bartender Awards to be drawn at the end of the month
 
Open 7 days from 5.30pm to 1am, and serving food such as cheese and charcuterie. Our busiest evenings are Fridays & Saturdays. Our clientele is a slightly older, more mature audience as this is definitely a place for grown ups.
