The Osborne Community hall is located within the Peter Cousins Reserve on Victoria Road, Osborne, and complements other recreational facililites at the Le Fevre Community Centre, Osborne House and the Skid Kids cycle facility.
The hall's location makes it ideal for weddings, birthday parties, other family celebrations or community events. The venue has air conditioning and heating and comes complete with tables and chairs.
Kitchen facilities include a stove and refrigerator; hirers need to provide their own crockery, cultery and table linen.
Capacity of the hall is up to 150 people; it is wheelchair accessible and there is a small car parking area at the rear.
All music and noise must cease at midnight, however hirers are allowed until 12.30am to clean up and pack away.
