The Mitcham Cultural Village at the corner of Princes Road and Torrens Street, Mitcham is open and available for use by members of the community.

The Mitcham Cultural Village provides an environment where residents and visitors have access to landscaped areas and the opportunity to participate in a range of cultural activities in an environment of learning and sharing. The Mitcham Village Uniting Church is working in partnership with Council to develop a centre which blends both the new and historic buildings through clever architectural design to reflect the history of the precinct while creating a functional sense of place for the community to enjoy. The incorporation of water sensitive urban design features together with the use of solar power, sensitive exterior lighting and landscaping minimises the ecological footprint of the development. Parking for 45 vehicles has been incorporated into the design including consideration of disability access.
