From the manager

The foundation stone for this hall was laid on 18 June 1910 by His Excellency Sir Day Hort Bosanquet, making it Klemzig's first public hall. Like many community facilities the Klemzig hall has undergone several changes of use over the years to meet the needs of the community. In 1965 additions to the OG Road facility included a Band Room and the hall became the home of the Klemzig and Enfield District Brass Band. Through the last forty years the Band has continued to rehearse at the hall attracting other community bands and generating a local musical hub.

The venue has air conditioning and heating and is available for hire to the community. The spacious main hall has a timber floor and a small stage and there is also a small meeting room. Hire includes tables and chairs.

Kitchen facilities include a stove and refrigerator; hirers need to provide their own crockery, cutlery and table linen.
Capacity of the hall is up to 140 people in the hall; or 10-20 in the meeting room; the venue is wheelchair accessible with ample off street car parking.

All music and noise must cease at midnight, however hirers are allowed until 12.30am to clean up and pack away.
