This facility is accessible via an Ivanhoe Receptions lane. It has a main hall, meeting rooms, kitchen with hot plates, pie spinner, fridge, hot water unit and oven, table and chair store with 10 trestle tables and 100 chairs. It has bin for rubbish collection outside the building and a car park near the hall. Inside the main hall area it has a lighting panel.
It has a gas heating which is thermostat controlled and ceiling fans.
