Hawthorn Bowling Club has two level bowling club houses and an open terrace for bowling greens. The room above accommodates 70 to 80 people and its 80sq m. It has a leafy outlook with timber floors, chairs, and tables. The room below is 70sqm with a capacity of 60 to 70. It has a leafy outlook with timber floors, chairs, tables and windows.

It has a kitchen on both the levels for tea and coffee making, glassware, crockery, cutlery, bowling greens, BBQ, and bowling for hire. It has a street parking, disability friendly ramps, and set of bowls for hire and disability toilets. It can be hired for dinners, parties, functions, product launches, and discussion groups among others. Loud music is prohibited, all BYO no bar facilities.
