The Devon Park Community Hall is conveniently located in Cavendish Avenue, Devon Park and is suitable for meetings, smaller functions and community programs.
The venue has air conditioning and heating and comes complete with tables and chairs. Kitchen facilities include a stove and refrigerator, hirers need to provide their own crockery, cutlery and table linen.
Capacity of the hall is up to 80 people. The hall is wheelchair accessible with carparking confined to adjacent streets.

All Council facilities require that music and noise must cease at midnight, however hirers are allowed until 12.30am to clean up and pack away.
