Built in the 1970s to accommodate the growing number of Senior Citizen's Clubs, the Clearview Community Hall offers a pleasant atmosphere to hold a range of social functions, meetings or community activities. The venue has air conditioning and heating and comes complete with tables and chairs.

Kitchen facilities include a stove and refrigerator; hirers need to provide their own crockery, cutlery and table linen.

Capacity of the hall is up to 80 people and it is wheelchair accessible. Although there is a small car parking area the majority of car parking is confined to adjacent streets.

All music and noise must cease at midnight, however hirers are allowed to 12.30am to clean up and pack away.
